About me

It takes great courage to seek help and I am glad you have made this decision, as no one should feel like they have to face their internal struggles alone. The most important relationship you will ever has is with YOU, and therapy can help you better understand yourself so that you can gain confidence and make changes to live a happier and more meaningful life.

I come from a multicultural background and am warm in nature and non-judgmental. I believe that everyone has their own story to tell so I encourage you to show up just as you are so that we can work together to explore new ways for you to engage in your life.

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and have a dual speciality in Clinical Psychology and Organizational Psychology. I provide Bilingual ( English & Spanish) individual therapy for adults and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, cultural and identity difficulties, grief and loss, adoption issues, relationship hardships, major life transitions, chronic and terminal illness, and work stress.

I particularly value the complexity of people’s unique backgrounds. Sensitivity to individual diversity is central to my practice and research. I also use evidence-based modalities to help you find a healthier way of being which include Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral, DBT Skills Building, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and I am Strengths-Based.
