About me

*NOT CURRENTLY TAKING ANY CLIENTS*

Prioritising yourself is difficult when doing so causes feelings of shame and guilt. In the South Asian community, this is all too common. Seeking therapy is a sign of courage and strength, not of weakness. It is this message that I am most passionate about delivering, and it is the driving force behind my practice today.

As an Integrative Counselling Psychologist, I draw on a range of approaches, such as psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural, humanistic, play and creative therapies. At the core, I work relationally. This means I place high value on you as a person and what you are struggling with so no two therapies are the same. I have experience working in a variety of areas, including depression, anxiety, complex trauma, intergenerational trauma, low self-esteem/confidence, relationship issues, stress, grief, difficulties in emotional regulation and addictions.

Currently, all sessions are conducted over the phone or via the online platform, Zoom. If you would like to get in touch, please send me an email and we can arrange a free 15-minute consultation.

My rate for individual therapy is £110. Individual sessions are 50 minutes long and typically provided weekly.

Please note I do not have the capacity to accept clients via insurance plans.
