About me

ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS  in PSYPACT states.

Do you want a safe, nurturing, and empathetic space where you can share your fears and painful life circumstances? Do you want to learn concrete coping skills to work through difficult thoughts, feelings, and emotions, and embark on a path of improved quality of life? I have extensive experience working with adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families. I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief counseling, trauma/PTSD, substance abuse, pediatric concerns and maternal depression. I also enjoy working with couples who are experiencing conflicts in their marriage and are determined to bring positive changes in their life.

In my clinical practice, I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy to create meaningful, positive change, while adopting a trauma-informed approach that honors your cultural and personal experiences. Your progress is my top priority, and I regularly monitor it on a weekly basis to ensure ongoing improvements in your mood and behavior. From the moment you enter my therapy space, your well-being becomes my top priority.

Inherent to my therapeutic approach is social justice, hope, honesty, empathy, compassion, and deep appreciation for your identity, life story, and life journey. I understand that each person has unique strengths no matter their life circumstances, and I strive to highlight and build on these strength through the therapeutic process.
