With a warm, empathetic, and compassionate approach, I aim to work with you collaboratively.

I work integratively drawing from evidence based models and beyond, depending on your own individual needs. My work draws predominantly from psychodynamic, relational, existential, ACT, Mindfulness, and humanistic therapies.

I offer both longterm and short term therapy.

I work with adults, and adolescents from the age of 16yrs old within my own practice via video calling, and in Dalston, London.

Making space for your unique complexities. I hope to facilitate understanding, process unresolved emotions, manage difficulties, and assist you to move towards a calmer, more content, more authentic, and happier life.

If you are interested in working with me, I invite you for an initial 20 minute zoom or telephone call to discuss your needs, potential questions, and how we may work together.

My fee is £100 for individual clients.

And £125 for couples.

I am also happy to accept clients with health insurance cover from the following companies:
