About me

*Currently accepting patients* I am PsyPact certified and able to work with people from 39 states across the U.S. To see if your state is included, reference: https://psypact.org/mpage/psypactmap

I’m passionate about helping others alleviate their suffering, alter the relationship with their discomfort, and live a more present and meaningful life. Are you struggling with anxiety and/or depression? Do you need a space to process difficulties in relationships with others or with yourself (a relationship we often neglect)? Are you going through a challenging life transition? You don’t need to navigate this alone- you’re here because you’re considering getting support and I applaud you for taking that first step!

I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and relational approaches in my work, which has an emphasis on mindfulness, living by our values, and appreciating the importance of our therapeutic relationship. On my page you will find a list of my specialties. Being Indian-American myself, I also enjoy working with individuals in the AAPI community.

I value and use authenticity, compassion, and collaboration to create a safe and respectful therapy space. If you feel we would be a good fit, please reach out to schedule a 50 minute initial evaluation. I look forward to meeting you!

While I do not accept insurance, I can provide you a receipt for payment of services for you to submit directly to your insurance provider.
