About me

As a psychotherapist, I recognize the significant changes that can arise from therapy, with a strong therapeutic relationship playing a key role in achieving positive outcomes.

I have received specialized training in trauma, life transitions (e.g., getting married/newly married), couples therapy (e.g., having repetitive conflicts), and internal family systems. My background enables me to assist clients who present with various symptoms and overlapping issues.

I emphasize the importance of fostering curiosity and understanding in clients concerning their recurring challenges, behavioral patterns, and relationships. In my experience, this process often leads to essential shifts in their lives.

My approach is rooted in non-judgment, transformation, and collaboration. Therapy provides opportunities for self-discovery, enhancing confidence and agency, ultimately enabling individuals to thrive.

Through therapy, individuals and couples can modify their thoughts, behaviors, and relationships with others and themselves, making life feel more manageable and improving interpersonal connections.

My goal is to facilitate a deeper exploration of personal struggles and obstacles, guiding individuals, couples, and families in making effective decisions regarding significant life choices.

A fundamental aspect of therapy is the transformation of unhelpful and destructive patterns and habits, promoting a healthier and more satisfying life. I am committed to assisting clients in this journey.
