About me

I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Illinois and in 35+ states as a PSYPACT member specializing in individual, couples, and family therapy with children, adolescents, and adults of diverse backgrounds.

I completed my Bachelor’s Degree from New York University, and my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, Illinois.

I offer therapy, clinical supervision, guest speaking, and consultation services. I have also presented at state and national conferences.

I practice cross-cultural psychology from a systemic orientation and as a trauma-informed therapist, I draw heavily from IFS (Internal Family Systems), EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), and the Gottman Method in case conceptualization.

I have traveled extensively internationally and am well-versed in both English and Urdu/Hindi. My goal is to meet the multiple, mounting mental health crises arising from the increasing instability of climate change on our planet.
