“Therapy that meets you where you are—and helps you move where you want to go.”
Welcome — I am currently accepting new clients.
My professional journey began with a Doctorate in Psychology and expanded into the field of Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling from Villanova University. Since becoming licensed in 2007, I have worked as a Family-Based Therapist for five years and served as a Behavioral Consultant and Mobile Therapist for more than a decade.
I specialize in a client-centered approach, focusing on meeting individuals and families exactly where they are. I empower and support parents with practical strategies for raising children with special needs, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder. In addition, I work closely with parents to address preschool and school-related challenges, strengthen social skills, and promote healthy family functioning.
With extensive experience in individual, family, and couples therapy, I strive to create a safe and collaborative environment for all my clients.
As a culturally sensitive therapist, I understand the unique experiences of immigrant and South Asian families. Adjusting to a new culture, balancing values, and finding a sense of belonging can be a complex and emotional journey. Parents often face the challenge of integrating into a new cultural environment while preserving their identity—and children, too, must navigate two worlds with different expectations. You are not alone in this process. We can work through these challenges together.
