About me

Even the strongest of people need support at times.

Going through life and it’s ups and downs can be a struggle and sometimes we just need a hand to see our own strengths and resilience again to overcome it. I offer a safe and non-judgemental space in which we can work together to help navigate through any issues you are trying to face in life. I offer sessions for both past and present difficulties and can help in identifying certain patterns or links that may still be holding you back and also support you in finding new and healthier ways to move forwards. I have experience of working in many settings and clients of all ages and backgrounds and will use my experience to tailor the sessions best for you.

I also have experience in mental wellbeing work, where I have helped clients find more proactive ways to uplift their mood and physical health that also impacts on their mental state. I started with my BSc in Psychology and then did my masters in Counselling Psychology, both of which have given me a deeper understanding of the foundations we use to understand clients. I continuously strive to learn more and keep up to date with training and find every experience with my clients a privilege.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my loved one and enjoy travelling to new places.
