About me

Peace and warmth, dear reader. I work with highly-motivated, intelligent changemakers doing important and disruptive work in the world though are realizing that their intellectualization and need for control are keeping them stuck, sick or unsatisfied.

Is this you?

Perhaps you desire to connect more with your body, sensitivity, creativity and divine calling. Maybe you’re longing to trust the presence and worthiness of your deeper wisdom, and are motivated and committed to radical transformation, personally and collectively.

As a therapeutic facilitator and multi-disciplinary artist, I help transform anxiety, depression and disconnection into creative life force, wisdom and clear purpose. My education, training and work span social sciences, counseling psychology, liberation-oriented yoga, global cultural exchange, corporate leadership, media and entertainment, mixed media and healing arts, ceremony and ritual, and collective conflict transformation. I bring all these experiences into the room with my clients.

I practice a decolonial approach to therapy, and hold a bio-psycho-social-spirtual stance in my healing work (meaning, I look holistically at what my clients come in with: the body, the mind, the social ecosystems, the systemic factors  and connections to what is considered sacred). I relate to my clients as someone who has garnered skills and tools over the years, though can best excavate and reflect with you your inner wisdom and self-expertise. I am doing my best to actively dismantle the “therapist-patient” hierarchy and various other cultural and societal hierarchies to support you in owning your power in this life.
