About me

Do you ever feel overwhelmed trying to balance cultural expectations, personal identity, relationships, and the pressure to hold everything together? You may be searching for a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with yourself without fear of judgment. A space that recognizes the complexities of navigating multiple identities, life transitions, mental health stigma, and the weight of unspoken expectations. Mun & Mind Therapy might be that space.

At MMT, Chandni Tithh works with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship concerns, stress, and major life transitions. As a Punjabi Sikh Canadian woman now living in Illinois, Chandni brings both clinical expertise and lived experience into the therapy room, understanding firsthand the challenges of cultural identity, intergenerational dynamics, and starting over in unfamiliar spaces. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive, grounded in the belief that healing happens when people are met with compassion rather than judgment.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, attachment-based perspectives, and humanistic approaches, Chandni tailors therapy to each individual’s unique needs and experiences. Together, you’ll explore patterns, build practical coping tools, strengthen self-understanding, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, but at Mun & Mind Therapy, you’ll be welcomed into a space where you can show up fully as yourself. If what you’ve read resonates with you, we may be a good fit.
