About me

I believe in empowering clients to make the best choices for them. It often feels like we are along for the ride without realizing the opportunities to create change in our lives. I understand that therapy can be a difficult and sometimes uncomfortable process. In session, you are in the driver’s seat, and I am your navigator. Ultimately, you are in control of getting to your destination. Together, we can discover the where and how.

I am an Associate Licensed Counselor with a Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia Southern University. I have assisted young adults transitioning to adulthood in private practice and college counseling settings. I currently work with adults on various issues, such as Anxiety, Depression, Life Management, Self-Esteem, LQBTQIA+, Family & Peer Relationships, Grief and Trauma.

As a first-generation immigrant, I understand the challenges that come with developing one’s identity. I am passionate about working with individuals who want to improve any areas of their life. Increasing self-awareness is often the first step to noticing our patterns. I understand that all clients are unique, which is why I tailor my approach to best suit you. Let’s discover your skills and goals together.

I am currently under the supervision of Dana Robinson-Georgia / LPC007635 with Attento Counseling in the MWEL program.
