About me

Many people who approach therapy may find it tough to describe their difficulties – perhaps things just don’t feel right, maybe you feel lost or disengaged? Have you been struggling with anxiety, experiencing grief, loss of meaning in life, difficulties navigating two or more cultures, or experiencing/ed domestic abuse? Maybe you feel you have no-one to talk to?

I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist with experience in helping people to:

  • Manage Anxiety & Stress,
  • Cope with Bereavement, Grief and Loss,
  • Navigate and make sense of conflicting Cultural Issues,
  • Increase Confidence and be kinder to themselves,
  • Heal from Trauma. Including Childhood Trauma and Domestic Abuse.

Working together, I can help you to build an inner resilience and the tools you need to achieve a resolution and move forward.

During therapy, we’ll work together to explore what’s going on for you and develop understanding. Using tools and resources to help you to discover the answers for yourself.

How I Practice

I offer counselling and psychotherapy sessions as well as Personal Consultancy. Visit my website to learn more www.bewellconsultancy.com.

I have an integrative approach to therapy, meaning I draw on a range of approaches so we can work in the way that best suits you.

Whilst approaches and theory are important, I believe it’s essential you feel comfortable with your therapist, and I place huge importance on building a safe, empathic and confidential environment for my clients. I also place importance on the unique cultural backgrounds of my clients.

I believe everyone has the right to happiness and fulfilment in all areas of their lives.

I offer long and short-term work and am currently available to work online, over the phone or in person. The therapy room is based in North London with easy access to public transport and free parking available nearby.

The First Session

Our initial session together will act as a consultation providing an opportunity for us each to introduce ourselves.

You will have the opportunity to discuss your concerns and explore what would best help you meet your goals.

There will be time to ask any questions you might have to decide whether you would like to work together. If we are both happy, we will contract to continue working together.

Starting therapy can feel daunting, and yet you’ve taken the first step by looking for a therapist. If you would like to learn more about how I could help you, please get in touch for a free 15minute phone consultation.

Fees are £75 for 50 minute Counselling and Psychotherapy sessions.

Please contact me for Personal Consultancy fees.

We can agree to a fixed number of sessions, or leave it open for the longer-term, and we’ll have regular check-ins to make sure you are getting what you need.

I offer a number of concessionary rates for trainee student therapists and those who may be struggling financially.

Weekday evening slots available.
