About me

I believe that anyone who wants change can achieve it when given the right kind of support. If you’re struggling with feeling disconnected, having difficulty understanding what you need, or longing to feel better understood in your relationships, I am a seasoned professional who can support you. Together, we can gently work through past traumas, connect with your authentic inner voice, and nurture your relationships. Whether you’re dealing with challenges like depression, anxiety or navigating systemic issues like racism and cis-hetero-patriarchy, I will support you in building a life of joy and sustenance.

I bring a personalized approach rooted in trauma therapy, somatic embodiment, safety, and connection. We will engage your strengths and you will find our sessions imbued with playfulness and creativity, even as we address deep issues. I firmly reject the notion of one-size-fits-all solutions. I will tailor our journey together to your unique preferences.

I have extensive experience working with survivors of sexual and gender-based violence, first and second generation immigrants, the LGTBQIA+ community, BIPOC, and the kink/BDSM community. I have specialized knowledge to work with anyone grappling with power dynamics in their relationships and/or faith practices.

I’m committed to helping imagine and create more liberated worlds for us all. I’ve had the tremendous pleasure of witnessing and supporting the brave pursuit of healing and change in a number of people’s lives, despite the vast array of cultural and systemic barriers they may face. I hope you’ll allow me the pleasure of supporting you as well. Let’s chat to see if we’re the right fit.
