About me

Hi! My name is Ayushi. I’m an Atlanta, GA native now living in Dallas, TX. Throughout my own wellness journey, I learned so many ways to keep mentally well that I can’t wait to share with you! I attended University of Chicago Illinois & received a dual Masters degree in Public Health & Social Work. I’ve worked in multiple hospital settings, inpatient psychiatric facilities, outpatient psychiatric facilities, as well as private therapy clinics. I continue to have rewarding experiences helping others with their journey towards mental wellness & decided to make it my lifelong career.

If you’re feeling stuck, frustrated, misunderstood, depressed, anxious- there could be a multitude of reasons why. When life dips into the realm of the unexpected- we some times need to reach out for help. As a supporter of you, I want you to achieve your healthiest and best sense of self. Through the therapeutic process, together we can achieve your goals and help manage your mental health by examining your thoughts, choices and relationships. I currently practice in Dallas, TX under supervision by Megan Coit, LCSW (#57180 ).

Areas of special interest in practice include Women’s mental health (perinatal, postpartum, fertility, managing life roles), South Asian therapy, Pediatric Mental Health, Family Therapy, Couples Therapy(pre martial, post martial), Grief Counseling, managing chronic diseases, and work with South Asian and minority populations.

Mental health can be hard to manage when the only aspect of life that is constant is change. When we ask for help, it can benefit us in multiples ways. My goal is to help you find a meaningful and healthy relationship with yourself and those around you. The work begins with you and I want to a part of your journey.
