About me

As someone who has a passion for working with people from diverse communities, I want you to know that your unique story and background are important to me. As a first-generation South Asian American, I have a deep understanding of the impact that cultural differences can have on couples, families, and individuals. I am here to support you on your journey towards greater intimacy, connection, and security. I enjoy working with diverse individuals and promote positive regard for all backgrounds and beliefs.

Finding a therapist can be hard. What do all the letters mean? How do you narrow down what “issue” or “specialty” applies to you? On top of that, you’re probably just trying to find someone that will help you FEEL BETTER. During a session, the hour belongs to you, and my job is to listen, support, and create a safe space.

I received my Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Family Institute at Northwestern University, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate. I am supervised by Katie Nix, LPC-S.

At the root of my work, I seek to provide a safe and supportive space for people based on their unique needs. Please call, email, or use our convenient online booking system to start your therapy journey.
