About me

I work with adolescents, young adults, and older adults, supporting people through a range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. My areas of work include anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, sexuality, and body image concerns.

My approach is integrative and relational, drawing on several therapeutic frameworks, including:

– Psychodynamic psychotherapy – exploring underlying emotional patterns, relationships, and experiences that shape how we understand ourselves and others.

– Trauma-focused therapy – working sensitively with the impact of difficult or overwhelming experiences.

– Somatic approaches – paying attention to the relationship between emotional experiences, the body, and nervous-system responses.

– Group analysis – exploring how relationships and interpersonal patterns emerge within groups and wider social contexts.

– Relational and couple dynamics – supporting individuals and couples in understanding patterns of connection, communication, conflict, intimacy, and attachment.

I aim to create a space that is non-judgmental, collaborative, and emotionally safe, where individuals can explore their experiences at their own pace and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.
