About me

Hi, my name is Ayesha Savant! I provide virtual therapy throughout Texas. I earned my Bachelors in Finance and Marketing. I then earned my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy with an emphasis in Licensed Professional Clinical Counseling and I am currently in a Doctoral program to pursue my Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology.

I am passionate about working with those who struggle with mood disorders, eating disorders, trauma and PTSD. As a clinician, I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you are able to work through life’s challenges while identifying thought patterns and behaviors to overcome what is troubling you.

I have worked with children and teens in foster care to provide skills training to help manage maladaptive behaviors and improve behavior challenges. I have also worked with children, teens and adults by providing psychotherapy in non-profit as well as mental health hospital settings such as behavioral hospitals and eating disorder treatment center.

I believe in leading goal-oriented therapy with empathy, compassion, and open to exploring deeper thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I utilize an integrative approach which means I will be utilizing techniques from different therapeutic orientations that best fits to your problem or situation. I am dedicated to supporting you in your mental wellness by building a honest therapeutic alliance. My goal is for you to be able to explore your deeper thoughts and emotions in a safe space while feeling validated and supported.
