About me

My path to being a psychotherapist wasn’t straightforward. Countless experiences, both professional and personal, showed the profound impact of mental health on our lives.

Born to Tamil immigrant parents in the early nineties, I experienced the challenges of cultural adaptation firsthand. As a therapist, I offer a balanced approach, blending directness with gentleness. I guide clients through various challenges, aiming to transition them from survival to thriving. With empathy and guidance, I empower individuals to unlock their full potential and embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth.

Creating Cultural Change

Imagine living in a world where therapy isn’t kept hush-hush, where it’s as openly discussed as any common health issue—a world where seeking help is normalized. Society’s views on mental health often isolate and shame those who seek help, perpetuating unnecessary suffering. We’re entering an era where therapy is embraced openly. Nebula is committed to breaking down these societal constraints, fostering open dialogue and replacing judgment with acceptance

Embracing Everyone
Nebula stands for open-hearted mental health support, acknowledging the diversity of the human experience. Here, your individual story matters. It’s about real, compassionate care for every person, regardless of who you are. Your genuine self is always welcome
