About me

I am a fully qualified CBT Therapist with a Masters in CBT. Although my practice is based mostly in CBT (including Trauma Focussed CBT), my practice is also built on multiple forms of therapy including the Person Centred Approach. I aim to ensure that all of my clients can open up in a safe space in a way suits them, without fear or judgement.

My CBT practice is evidence-based and I have worked with multiple mental health difficulties including but not limited to Anxiety Disorders, Depression, OCD, PTSD and many more. You may have more than one of these, or prefer not to use labels and that’s okay. We can work with whatever suits you best whilst ensuring that therapy is ethical, catered to your needs and supports you in your processes.

I actively aim to support the decolonising efforts of the South Asian Therapists page in addition to supporting you and your healing in a way that fits you best. However, there are times when clients find their therapist is not the right fit for them. It’s possible I may not be the best therapist for you, that’s perfectly normal and okay. We can continue or end therapy on your terms.
