About me

I am an Indian woman (she/her) who grew up in Dubai and pursued my Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Columbia University in New York City. I approach my clients with a multicultural perspective, acknowledging that psychological development varies based on diverse factors such as cultures, races, genders, sexual orientations, and related backgrounds. Through my extensive exposure, experience, and ongoing education, I have gained a deep understanding of my clients within their cultural contexts.

I’m here to help you on your journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Through holistic therapeutic techniques and a focus on evidence-based practices, I’ll provide guidance and support as you navigate daily challenges and to help explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, gaining valuable insights along the way.

To get started, feel free to reach out via this platform or my website anbtherapy.com to set up a free consultation. Let’s embark on this transformative journey together!
