About me

You’re disconnected from your authentic self. You find yourself consumed by your thoughts, generally future-tripping or ruminating about the past. It’s a real struggle to be present and focus. Your thought process is exhausting; decisions are hard to make, and you lack clarity. It feels like you lost your connection to self somewhere along the way.

I understand what you are experiencing and I want you to know, there is hope! I guide people struggling with anxiety, fear, and self-doubt to get unstuck, find calm, build confidence, and re-connect to their amazing, radiant, and joyful self so they can move forward in their lives.

You want to feel calm and under control. You want to stop having your mind take over your life. You want to let go with more ease and move forward. You can learn to reconnect with yourself, feel more grounded, and embody the skills and tools to help you be more present, mindful, and start living your best life.

As a first-generation South Asian therapist, I provide multicultural anxiety counseling combined with an integrative, holistic, and mindfulness-based approach to therapy. With a combination of Eastern and Western psychology, I incorporate traditional talk therapy with somatic practices such as breathing exercises, energetics, visualization, meditation, and sometimes even yoga postures depending on what is appropriate for each individual.
