You lost yourself somewhere along the way. You’re disconnected from your authentic self. You find yourself consumed by your thoughts, generally future-tripping or ruminating about the past. It’s a real struggle to be present and focus. Your thought process is exhausting; decisions are hard to make and you lack clarity. I understand what you are experiencing and I want you to know, there is hope! I guide people struggling with anxiety, fear, and self-doubt to get unstuck, feel calmer, build confidence, and re-connect to their amazing, radiant, and joyful self so they can move forward in their lives.
