About me

Do you struggle with childhood trauma, anxiety, grief, social anxiety, perfectionism, ADHD, or painful relationship patterns that affect your day-to-day life, work, or relationships? Do you find yourself overthinking every interaction, people-pleasing, or feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions? Perhaps you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or lost while trying to meet expectations placed on you by family, culture, or your own inner critic.

You may be wondering if life and relationships could feel easier, if healing from childhood wounds, parental trauma, domestic violence, or religious trauma is actually possible. Now more than ever, many people are feeling anxious, disconnected, and uncertain about how to move forward while carrying the weight of past experiences. I believe it should not be this hard to feel safe in your own mind, body, and relationships.

At Life in Warmth Therapy, I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults and couples navigating anxiety, grief, relational challenges, and trauma.  Our work begins with understanding your story and what brings you to therapy. From there, we explore patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be shaping how you relate to yourself and others. Together, we develop practical tools, emotional insight, and healthier relational patterns so you can move toward greater clarity, self-trust, and connection.

My practice offers a warm, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed space, integrating approaches such as IFS-informed parts work, somatic awareness, Brainspotting, EMDR , and Gottman-based couples therapy. Healing, growth, and healthier relationships are possible.

If you are ready to begin exploring what change could look like for you, book a consultation today and we can take the first step together.
