About me

I am a General Psychologist located in Melbourne, with a strong passion for cultural-psychology. My most recent research project involved exploring the impact of Culture-specific family conflict on the mental health of Asian Australians.

I also have a strong passion for youth mental health, having worked and volunteered in a variety of youth mental health settings.

I have worked on issues that involve significant life changes including: changing schools/areas, bereavement/loss, breakdown of relationships, anxiety, panic, stress, low mood, depression, self-harm, trauma, building resilience and preparing for significant changes. Sessions can be held as regularly as necessary to support the changes you want to make.

My aim is to work through your issues with you collaboratively and to support you in a non-judgmental and empathetic way.
