About me

Have you ever felt stuck in a cycle of worry and “what ifs”? Have changes to your relationship, career, or family ever felt harder to manage than expected? Over the years, I have worked with those transitioning from various life stages to navigate these difficult turning points with greater clarity and compassion. My work has shown me that anxiety often emerges when we’re growing, stretching, or redefining ourselves. As a first-generation South Asian clinician, I bring a culturally sensitive lens to my work—particularly with emerging adults navigating questions of identity, family expectations, and life transitions.

I specialize in treating anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, trauma, grief, ADHD, relational challenges, and life-cycle transitions. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic principles within a collaborative, person-centered framework.

In our work together, I aim to help you make sense of patterns, build tools to manage distress effectively, and feel more grounded as you move through life’s next chapter. We will work collaboratively to develop initial goals before moving through the process of change together, with the goals of increasing coping skills, confidence, and awareness.
