About me

Hi! My name is Annamika and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My goal is to provide comprehensive services that foster healthy development, enhance relationships, and facilitate personal growth. I am dedicated to making a difference in the lives of my clients by offering tailored support to improve their emotional and physical well-being, while also promoting self-awareness. In my role as a therapist, I embody traits of deep empathy, active listening, effective communication, and unwavering compassion.

I believe that therapy should be your safe space where you feel validated and understood. My approach is client centered; clients know themselves the best and I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and evolve.I have applied a range of therapeutic modalities into my practice including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Structural Therapy, and Trauma Systems Therapy.

My motivation to pursue a career in mental health stems from a genuine desire to positively impact the lives of individuals and families. My experience includes working clients facing various mental health challenges including trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and low self-esteem.
