About me

*Currently not taking new clients but associates in my practice under my supervision are.

I am available for trainings and workshops for organizations.

Hello and Salaam!

I am so glad you are here. I am Anjabeen and am honored to be a part of my client’s journeys. I counsel from a person centered and social justice perspective meaning counseling is your journey as you define it and that I strongly addressing the systems that affect our wellness is part of an ethical counseling practice.

My lived identities as a woman, first gen, Muslim, South Asian, and person of color strengthen my ability to support individuals in similar identities.

My approach to counseling is that you are the expert in your life and I am here to walk along with you on your journey. We will work together on what goals you would like to achieve and collaborate throughout our work together. Specific theories or tools I may use include CBT, DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness.
