About me

Are you hoping to develop a better relationship with yourself and others? Do you ever feel stuck in a cycle of negative self-talk, worrisome thoughts, and low motivation? While it may seem daunting at first, therapy can be rewarding and meaningful as it allows you to process difficult emotions without judgment. Your internal world can profoundly impact how you make decisions and show up in social, family, and work spaces. With curiosity and compassion, we can better understand these patterns of behavior. I truly believe that you are the expert of your own life, and I look forward to sharing this journey of personal growth with you.

As a first-generation Indian-Australian, the power of utilizing a multicultural framework cannot be overstated. My work is informed by each client’s unique background and values, ensuring their needs are met in a culturally sensitive manner. I also use an eclectic blend of psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and person-centered therapeutic approaches. Over the years, I have worked with diverse populations and addressed concerns pertaining to relationship conflict, acculturation, anxiety, depression, and perfectionism.

I strive to create a warm and trusted environment, inviting you to process your vulnerabilities and navigate complex histories whilst also challenging you to think critically and mindfully. My aim is to empower you towards self-acceptance and positive change by capitalizing on your strengths and providing evidence-based coping strategies. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
