Or perhaps it’s persistent low mood and self-esteem you’re struggling with. These feelings could be triggered by a redundancy at work, illness, a relationship or bereavement. Alternatively, it could be something from deeper in your past, your heritage or behaviours that are ingrained in your culture.

Counselling provides a supportive, safe and confidential space to talk about what’s making you feel a certain way. Together we explore ways you can start to make changes.

Hi, I’m Aneet Kaur. When you invite me to be your counsellor, you make me a part of your life journey. We’re meeting because something happened. It may be in your present, or it could be hidden more deeply in your story. Whatever the root, it’s affecting your happiness, your relationships, and your sense of self.
It’s something you can’t make sense of alone. So, I’m the person you’re asking to hold a mirror up to you. I’ll show you what I see. And together we’ll explore aspects of yourself, explore meaning in what’s happening, and give you the confidence to make changes.
