About me

As a child of South Asian immigrant parents raised in the United States, I understand the emotional weight of navigating multiple cultural identities. You might find yourself feeling like you don’t fully belong in one world or the other, feeling “too American” in some spaces and “too Indian” in others. If this resonates with you, I want you to know: You are exactly where you are meant to be. You are a beautiful mosaic of different identities and values you hold, and we should celebrate that.

I offer a warm, collaborative space to explore the complexities of identity, belonging, and personal growth. My approach is client-centered and rooted in cultural humility. I am committed to decolonizing the therapeutic space while honoring each person’s lived experience.

I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, immigration and acculturation challenges, and sex and relationship concerns. Our work together will focus on deepening your connection to self, clarifying your values, and strengthening your inner resilience.

I believe you already hold the insight and strength you need—my role is to walk beside you, providing support, reflection, and encouragement as you move toward healing and empowerment. The relationship we build is central to our work, and I continually work on creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and respected.

If this sounds like a good fit, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation. Let’s explore how we can work together to support your journey.
