About me

I am a first-generation South Asian American. I grew up on the East Coast, but my love for the Pacific Northwest grew when I moved to Seattle in 2020. I set out to do more in life than be in the corporate grind, so I decided to switch my career to become a marriage and family therapist.  I recently graduated with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.

My approach to therapy is to make sure you feel heard and have a warm feeling as you open up to me over time. I am passionate about helping and listening to individuals, couples, and families. In particular, I work with women of color, adolescents (12+), and adults of all ages to address life’s challenges. I specialize in relational issues, self-esteem, and school issues and support my clients in navigating these challenges best. I also work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, and issues arising from divorce and other relational challenges. I specialize in systemically learning about you and the circles you interact with in your life. We will work together to find the tools that best fit you since no ‘one-size-fits-all’ therapeutic approach exists.

I can only see clients that reside in Washington State.
