About me

I am a South Asian therapist who understands your struggles to find a counsellor whom you can connect with and show your true self to. I want you to be able to share your positive and negative experiences so we can work together through your difficulties. Although therapy can be challenging, I am here to listen and support you through your journey, even if this means repeating the same situation multiple times. If it matters to you, it matters to me. I am here to work collaboratively with you at your pace, and to support your self-development. We will work holistically, taking into consideration your views, background, and experience.

I work integratively, combining different therapeutic approaches and perspectives to suit your individual needs, whilst offering a warm, compassionate, and safe space to explore your experiences and subconscious thoughts. We can interactively engage with your inner truths and therapy goals by reflecting and working creatively.

The most important aspect of therapy is the relationship and connection between you and I. I would like to create a warm, welcoming environment by demonstrating empathy and understanding, in a non-judgemental manner. I want to see you work towards being your true self, and together, we can explore the feelings you’re experiencing and change for the better.
