We’ve heard “life is full of ups and downs”, but have you ever thought to yourself “why does it have to feel so hard”? Maybe the end of a relationship, a new life transition or trying to balance all of life’s stressors is causing you to feel stuck, worried or overwhelmed. Worry due to interpersonal stressors, anxiety, loss or feeling as though you aren’t meeting expectations can be difficult, but you do not have to hold the weight alone. Allow me to help support your process of healing, explore thought patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you and strengthen your capacity to cope. Perhaps, you’re not quite sure what it is you’re seeking and that’s okay too, we can explore any discomfort you may be experiencing together.

I have over 15 years of practice in community, outpatient and inpatient mental health settings. I am able to offer an approach from a unique cultural lens and through a compassionate and person-centred approach, I will incorporate modalities best suited to your needs. I am passionate about working alongside individuals to empower them to manage stressful situations, relationships, expectations, improve self-esteem and re-discover a balanced life.
