I provide therapy for high-functioning adults across Georgia who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, stress, and self-doubt. My clients are often high-achieving professionals in young to middle adulthood, dealing with anxiety, boundary issues, relationship challenges, and feelings of inadequacy. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help you reframe limiting beliefs, build confidence, and create healthier relationships. Through our work together, you will develop tools to manage anxiety, build self-confidence, reduce burnout, and lead a more balanced, fulfilling life.
I specialize in helping my clients learn skills to get “unstuck”, let go of unhealthy behaviors and negative self talk, and learn to trust yourself. My areas of expertise include generalized and social anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, relationship issues, family issues, and cultural issues. I am trained in using CBT, ERP, and ACT techniques.
As an Indian therapist who was born and raised in Dubai and immigrated to the U.S. as a teenager, I hold a deep personal understanding of what it means to navigate multiple cultures, identities, and ways of being. My lived experience has given me a sense of “home” that’s scattered across borders, languages, and traditions. This multicultural lens shapes every part of how I show up as a therapist. I am deeply open-minded and respect the layered identities of all my clients. I understand the weight of systemic and intergenerational trauma, the silent burdens passed down, and the resilience it takes to break cycles. I hold space for clients from all walks of life and strive to create a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself openly. I enjoy and value working with individuals from all backgrounds, including diverse cultures, religions, sexual orientations, genders, and abilities. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, and I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where my clients can open up freely, without fear of judgment or discrimination.
I know therapy can feel like an intimidating process. My goal is to always truly listen and allow you to feel safe and heard. My clients often describe me as being warm, relatable, caring, non-judgmental, and solutions focused. I look forward to guiding you towards living a happier and peaceful life.
