  • I am an Ex-Muslim – I was raised to be a Muslim but have left the faith. As well as being able to support people with Depression and Anxiety, I also offer support to other people who have left their Religious faith.
  • I have a special interest & experience in working with family estrangement and cultural issues.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the NHS as a therapist and Clinical Lead.
  • I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),  Acceptance & Commitment therapy (ACT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT).
  • I am experienced in working with Depression, Anxiety, OCD,  Social Anxiety, PTSD, Panic attacks, Vomit Phobia, Health Anxiety, Long-term Conditions & Bereavement

I am an accredited BABCP Therapist. I have completed formal training (PG Diploma) in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I have also completed training in other modalities as outlined above.
