About me

Living with OCD and anxiety can make it difficult to feel fully present in our lives, from how we navigate daily routines to how we connect with others. These experiences become even more layered when we add in the complexities of identity and culture.

My personal background allows me to recognize and understand the ways in which culture, society, and intergenerational experiences shape our health and how we move through the world. As a public health practitioner, I also understand how macro systems influence individual well-being, particularly for those experiencing OCD, anxiety, trauma, and menstrual and reproductive health concerns.

I have a particular passion for working with young adults and women, who are often navigating OCD and anxiety alongside the unique pressures of this stage of life — newfound independence, academic and social pressure, identity development, and relationships that are shifting all at once.

I am committed to creating a safe and affirming therapeutic space that honors authenticity and vulnerability. I draw from my lived experiences while always centering clients as the experts of their own lives. Those who know me best say that I am grounded, warm, and values-driven.
