Major life events and changes can be overwhelming but can also be powerful periods of transition. Having a space to reflect intentionally during this time and at any time can be empowering. I’d like to help create that space for you.

My approach to therapy is friendly, inquisitive and integrative, meaning we collaborate on your own speed, utilizing an array of skills from CBT/DBT and psychodynamic theory. By processing your past stories with me, we can explore new perspectives about them to create a new narrative.
