About me

Hi, I’m Harjindar, a relational psychotherapist with anti-oppression and trauma informed practices. I specialize in working with people of color, young adults ages 14-25 and people working in social justice, helping and healing professions. I support individuals and couples in relieving symptoms of depression, anxiety, race based stress, grief, trauma and burnout. I do this by blending somatic practices, mindfulness skills and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

I invite you to visit my website to learn more about me, how I practice and how I can support you in experiencing more joy, ease and fulfillment in your life.

(Please note that I do not accept insurance, however, I can provide you with a superbill for reimbursement. You can visit the FAQ page on my website for more information).
